Banana bread

Zsófi

This gluten-free banana bread recipe is a perfect choice when you’re craving a simple yet nutritious and naturally sweet treat. Ripe bananas are not only delicious but also a natural source of potassium and fiber, which support digestion and heart health. In this simple banana bread recipe, peanut butter provides healthy fats and plant-based protein, while gluten-free oat flour contains slowly absorbed carbohydrates, providing long-lasting energy. In this oat flour banana bread, cocoa powder is rich in antioxidants, and cinnamon may help regulate blood sugar levels. The coconut sugar used in the recipe has a lower glycemic index than traditional sugar, making it gentler on blood sugar levels as well. The most delicious banana bread is also a mindful choice for everyday enjoyment. It can even be chocolate banana bread—so choose whatever flavor you like.
