1 small carrot, cut into julienne strips

2 tbsp tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice

Instructions

How to prepare a poké bowl step by step

1) Preparing the rice: While still warm, mix the cooked rice with rice vinegar and a pinch of salt, then let it cool to lukewarm.

2) Preparing the toppings: Cut the fish into bite-sized cubes. Prepare the vegetables fresh and crisp—this is one of the greatest pleasures of a poké bowl.

3) Preparing the dressing: Mix the tamari, sesame oil, and citrus juice, then gently fold in the fish or your chosen plant-based protein.

4) Serving: Place the rice at the bottom of the bowl, then arrange the toppings in separate sections. Drizzle with the dressing and finally sprinkle with sesame seeds.
