Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Furthermore, vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise if an additional intake of at least 200 mg of vitamin C is consumed beyond the recommended daily vitamin C intake.Active ingredients/1 effervescent tablet:Vitamin C 1000 mg
Ingredients: anhydrous citric acid, L-ascorbic acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, anhydrous dextrose, sweeteners (sorbitol, sucralose), flavoring (natural lemon flavoring), maltodextrin, polyethylene glycol, color (riboflavin-5-phosphate).
Dosage: Adults are recommended to consume 1 effervescent tablet daily. Dissolve the vitamin C effervescent tablet in a glass (200 ml) of water.
