The active form of vitamin B6 is called pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (P5P). This vitamin is vital for the proper function of red blood cells and is involved in more than 100 enzyme reactions, including protein metabolism. The human body extracts vitamin B6 from food and then converts it into its active form, P5P. Our capsule is already formulated with the active ingredient pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (P5P), which is an active, easily utilized form. It provides 11.6 mg of vitamin B6 per capsule (from 17 mg of pyridoxal-5′-phosphate)Active ingredient/1 capsule:Vitamin B6 (from 17 mg pyridoxal-5′-phosphate) 11.6 mg
Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, pullulan capsule shell, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate, emulsifier: fatty acids
