Detailed product description

Unlike most store-bought jams and the kind traditionally made by our grandmothers, Gabiyo apricot jam is not made with granulated sugar. We use grape must for sweetening, so it contains only naturally occurring sugars.

Did you know that none of our jams, including Gabiyo apricot jam, contain preservatives? We used pectin for thickening, a type of fiber that naturally occurs in fruit, so no other added texture enhancers are needed either. Instead of flavorings, you will find only the flavor of excellent, delicious, and beautifully ripe apricots in the jars.

Ingredients: apricots (50%), concentrated grape must, drinking water, gelling agent: pectin, concentrated lemon juice.
