Nowadays, a significant portion of people spend their time in closed spaces and rarely get enough sunlight. Did you know that for the production of vitamin D3, 15 minutes of direct sunlight exposure per day between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. is required from March to October? (with uncovered limbs) But what can we do if we don't get enough sunlight? We can try to compensate with food. However, the average Hungarian diet unfortunately contains little vitamin D. From 100 grams of salmon, we can get up to 600 IU of vitamin D, although we cannot say that this is part of the average Hungarian diet. It is important that if we are not regularly exposed to sunlight, we select foods for our daily diet that are rich in vitamin D or supplement with dietary supplements. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels, the maintenance of healthy bones, the maintenance of healthy muscle function, the maintenance of healthy teeth, the normal function of the immune system, and plays a role in cell division. This vitamin D preparation of ours is a vitamin D3 capsule with a 4000 IU active ingredient content.Active ingredient/1 capsule:Vitamin D3 4000 IU - 100 µg
Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose, pullulan capsule shell, cholecalciferol, fatty acids
Dosage: 1 capsule daily
