We believe that we must create our products for the community and together with the community. We make our gluten-free flour blends, pastas, breads, and snacks in collaboration with our creative partners.
We do not stop at the point of guaranteeing that our products are gluten-free and can be consumed without worry. We believe that a gluten-free life can be without compromises, which is why our product development colleagues are constantly working on creating new products and improving existing recipes. We are continuously experimenting with new ingredients that can provide the same gastronomic experience as a traditional product.
Made with a wheat-free recipe:
These flour blends of ours do not contain gluten-free wheat starch, and they do not even contain traces of wheat. We mostly use corn starch or other starches and flours for them so that the best possible texture and taste can be achieved in the food prepared with them. Most of our products do not contain the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II of EU Regulation 1169/2011, such as it’s us universal-mix, and universal-mix plus, or breadcrumbs.
