Iodine is an essential trace element for health. It plays an important role in physiological processes within the body. Most people only associate it with thyroid function, but its effects are far more wide-reaching. Among other things, it contributes to the maintenance of normal cognitive function, is involved in normal energy-yielding metabolic processes, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and the list goes on. Unfortunately, approximately 80% of Hungary's territory is iodine-deficient, which is why it is extremely important to pay attention to adequate iodine supplementation. The daily dose of Vitaking Iodine tablets contains 600µg of iodine (from 123mg of Sea Kelp)Active ingredient/1 tablet:
Iodine 600 µg
Ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, seaweed (Ascophyllum nodosum) extract with a minimum 0.45% iodine content, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, silicon dioxide
Dosage: 1 tablet 4 times a day with meals
