Kumari is a combination of 9 mutually supportive herbs that provide natural support in restoring the balance of the female cycle. Its carefully selected botanical ingredients may help alleviate PMS symptoms, such as breast tenderness, irritability, headaches, or sleep disturbances, as well as cramps and pain associated with menstruation. It does not suppress symptoms but supports the restoration of hormonal balance so that the cycle becomes more predictable and less burdensome – month after month.
Active ingredients/2 capsules:
Chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus) – 240 mg
Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) – 160 mg
Lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) – 130 mg
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) – 120 mg
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) – 100 mg
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) – 100 mg
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) – 90 mg
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) – 50 mg
White dead-nettle (Lamium album) – 10 mg
Other ingredient: cellulose (capsule).
Ingredients: Chasteberry, Shatavari, Lady's mantle, Yarrow, Lemon balm, Chamomile, Turmeric, Ginger, White dead-nettle.
Dosage: It is recommended to take 1 capsule twice a day, evenly distributed throughout the day. It is advisable to take the capsules with warm, or at least room-temperature, water. Long-term, continuous use of Kumari is safe. However, if you experience any unusual symptoms or are taking regular medication, consult your doctor or pharmacist!
