These delicious oatcakes are crafted by fourth-generation artisan family bakers in the Scottish Highlands, who have been perfecting the art of fine baking for over four decades. The oatcakes are made using the finest organic Scottish wholegrain oats and premium organic ingredients to create an oat dough, which, once prepared, is baked to perfection in small batches to ensure the taste and texture are ideal in every bite. Clearspring's organic oatcakes are also palm oil-free. They are made using organic coconut oil and olive oil, which impart a delicious flavor to the oatcakes.
