Magnesium bisglycinate 750 mg
(fully reacted), of which magnesium 75 mg
Vitamin B6 (in bioactive pyridoxal-5-phosphate form) 0.7 mg
Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate (in fully reacted form); bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); glazing agents (fatty acids); anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); pyridoxal-5-phosphate
Dosage: For adults, take 1-2 tablets daily after meals, spread out over time, swallowed with plenty of liquid.
