Instant miso soup paste with the mild flavor of sweet white miso and added sea vegetables. Slightly sweeter, milder, and lighter to offer more variety and new flavors.
To prepare, empty the contents of one sachet into a bowl or cup and add approximately 1 cup (200 ml) of hot water. Stir well and serve hot.
Ingredients: White miso* (65%) (water, whole soybeans*, rice*, sea salt), mirin* (sweet rice*, shochu* [water, cultured rice*], cultured rice*), sea salt, onion purée*, wakame sea vegetable (1%), kombu sea vegetable extract (1%) (water, kombu, salt). *organic
