Möller’s Omega-3 cod liver oil food supplement with vitamins A, D, and E, lemon flavoured 250 ml Möller’s Omega-3 rich cod liver oil was developed by Peter Möller, who worked as a pharmacist, in 1854 in Norway. Thanks to his passion and knowledge, generations of families have grown up on it. Cod liver oil contains omega-3 fatty acids in their natural form; the cod are sustainably fished in the Norwegian Sea, in the waters around Lofoten and Vesterålen. In addition to the product's delicious lemon taste, the fish flavour is barely noticeable. It contains valuable omega-3 fatty acids in triglyceride form. Möller’s cod liver oil is rich in many vitamins and the essential omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA: DHA contributes to the normal functioning of the brain*** EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart**** Vitamin A and D contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system Vitamin E, thanks to its antioxidant effect, contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress TOTOX value 4.9 *** A minimum daily intake of 250 mg DHA is required for the beneficial effect **** A minimum daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA is required for the beneficial effect

Recommended dosage: For children aged 3-9: 2.5 ml/day (approx. half a teaspoon) For those over 10 and adults: 5 ml/day (approx. 1 teaspoon)
