1200mg of natural triglyceride fish oil per capsule with 216mg EPA and 144mg DHA content. The Omega-3 (and the EPA and DHA contained therein) found in the fish oil contributes to the proper functioning of the heart, while DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.
