Many wishes were granted when pistachio cream finally appeared in the Mendula product range. We know people who suffer from pistachio addiction: they choose pistachio ice cream in every parlor, look for pistachio pastries in every bakery, adore pistachio bonbons, and can crunch through an endless amount of salted pistachios in a single evening. (Obviously, it's not us… but such people really do exist!) If you are also a hardcore pistachio fan, this cream is pure pistachio heaven! It is made from 100% lightly roasted pistachios, with no unnecessary additives, bitter almond aroma, palm oil, or colorings. If you don't eat it straight from the jar immediately, you can use it in homemade ice cream, pistachio macarons, cookies, cake fillings, pudding, or any other dessert.
