Detailed product description
SHIITAKE MUSHROOM (Lentinula edodes) is a delicious edible mushroom with excellent nutritional value. In addition to being high in protein and valuable unsaturated fatty acids, it is a significant source of vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, as well as vitamins C and D2. Among minerals, its zinc, copper, selenium, and iron content are worth noting, along with more modest amounts of calcium and manganese. Beyond its nutrients, it is a storehouse of additional bioactive substances beneficial to health. It is exceptionally rich in immune-boosting polysaccharides, even among mushrooms.
Ingredients: Contains exclusively the natural substances of the mushroom in vegetable glycerin
Dosage: For adults, it is recommended to consume 1 x 5 ml (one teaspoonful) daily, either on its own or mixed into food (yogurt, soup) or drinks (drinking water, fruit juice, milk, tea) that are not too hot.
Warning: Do not exceed the recommended dose! It is suitable for use as a course of treatment or for long-term consumption. Contraindicated in case of any mushroom allergy. Due to a lack of knowledge, it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Contains adult dosages; not for use by small children.
