Holland & Barrett Brewer's Yeast is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It is a tiny organism derived from the single-celled fungus Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It can be used for both brewing and as a food supplement.Active ingredients/6 tablets:Brewer's Yeast 3000mg
Ingredients: Brewer's Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) ( cereals containing gluten ), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).
Directions: Take 6 tablets daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
