The preparation contains magnesium exclusively in organic form (magnesium citrate), which has high bioavailability. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to: the proper functioning of the nervous system*, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the maintenance of normal psychological function. Magnesium: contributes to normal muscle function* and plays a role in the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Active ingredients/1 tablet:
Vitamin B6 2 mg
Magnesium (from organic magnesium citrate) 100 mg
Ingredients: magnesium citrate; bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); glazing agent (fatty acids); pyridoxine hydrochloride
Dosage: For adults, swallow 1-2 tablets daily with plenty of liquid.
