Detailed product description

Our award-winning Teriyaki sauce is now available in a gluten-free version. Ideal for basting and glazing, it adds a delicious sweet yet tangy flavour to stir-fries, roasted dishes, grilled foods, and marinades. It is made according to a traditional Japanese recipe, using our own Tamari soy sauce and other high-quality ingredients - with no added refined sugar.

Ingredients: Tamari soy sauce* (51%) (water, soybeans*, sea salt, shochu* [water, cultured rice*, salt], roasted soybeans*), rice syrup* (28%), white wine vinegar*, mirin* (sweet rice*, shochu* [water, cultured rice*], cultured rice*, sea salt), grain alcohol (ethanol)*, garlic puree*, sea salt, apple juice concentrate*, black pepper*, white pepper*, water. *organic
Other allergen information: Contains less than <10 ppm (3.5 ppm) sulphur dioxide in the finished product (used as a preservative in the white wine vinegar ingredient).
