Ingredients: L-glycine, L-glutamic acid, L-proline, L-hydroxyproline, L-arginine, L-alanine, L-aspartic acid, L-lysine, natural mandarin flavor, L-serine, L-leucine, L-valine, L-phenylalanine, myo-inositol, L-threonine, L-isoleucine, L-histidine, maltodextrin, L-methionine, L-tyrosine, gum arabic, citric acid.
Dosage: one heaping teaspoon (6 g) of powder daily, mixed into a water-based liquid. The powder should be left to stand in the water for a short time (approx. 10-15 minutes), after which it can be mixed until lump-free.
