Vilgain Avocado Oil & Clarified Butter Blend LF 200ml

A great seasoning and cooking aid. Clarified butter and avocado oil combine slightly nutty and fruity flavor notes. Thanks to the spray dispenser, you can always perfectly control the amount and even distribution of butter for your favorite dishes. The ideal lactose-free partner in the kitchen. By clarifying the butter and thereby reducing milk proteins, we have achieved a lactose content of less than 0.01 g/100 ml. Although everyone reacts to lactose differently, this amount is so low that the likelihood of a negative reaction is extremely low.

Suitable for baking and frying

Thanks to the 195 °C smoke point, the oil does not overheat during lower-temperature frying and deep-frying, thus preventing the formation of potentially harmful substances.

Instructions for use

  • Shake well before use and spray onto a cold pan or food from a distance of 10–15 cm.
  • Suitable for both hot and cold dishes.
  • 1 second of pressing = 1.8 ml of oil.
  • The dispenser can be used for normal dosing by pressing in the center, or for smaller amounts by pressing the tip of the nozzle.
