Tender pieces of meat, sustainably farmed, rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids

Mackerel is characterized by meat that is tenderer and more delicate than tuna, yet packed with flavor and intense aroma. In addition to its smoky color, it may slightly remind you of the smoked mackerel available in supermarkets.
