Bach Flower Remedy Rescue 30 ml. This blend can provide immediate help for everyday life challenges and stressful situations. Among the Bach flower remedies, we now present the essence and blend that is the best-known and most widely used flower essence preparation worldwide.
Active ingredients/:
Rock Rose, Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem
Dosage: The rescue drops are not an all-curing miracle remedy; due to their field of application, they are only recommended for short-term use. The frequency of intake depends on the condition of the person. In case of severe shock or intense pain, it can be taken as often as every fifteen minutes. You can add 3-4 drops to a glass (approx. 2-3 dl of water) and drink in small sips. You can repeat this until your condition improves. If water is not available, place the drops directly onto your tongue. For prevention (e.g., before an exam), taking it four times a day is recommended. In case of serious accidents or injuries, its use does not replace a thorough medical examination or any other medical intervention. The rescue drops can also be used as a component of an essence blend; it is especially effective at the beginning of therapy when a person is so blocked that they are unable to talk about their problems. We do not usually use the rescue drops continuously, but we never know when we might need them. Therefore, it is worth keeping the concentrated (base essence) version at home instead of the diluted one, as it has a shelf life of five years. In terms of effect, the diluted form is better than the concentrated one, but if a problem arises suddenly, sometimes we do not have time to bother with dilution. In this case, it is worth putting a few drops into a glass of water and sipping it throughout the day. Another solution is to add a few (5-6) drops to a 1.5-liter bottle of mineral water, which you can carry with you everywhere.
