Voelkel Organic Carrot Juice 500 ml

Demeter carrots from selected, open-pollinated seed varieties form the basis of this naturally delicious, lactic acid-fermented carrot juice. It is also ideal for traditional juice fasts and is rich in vitamin A.

After pressing, special bacterial cultures are added to the carrot juice. This initiates the fermentation process, during which lactic acid is formed. Pasteurization stops the fermentation, while retaining the desired lactic acid. Incidentally, lactic acid has no connection to milk or other animal-derived products. All our vegetable juices are vegan by nature.

The lactic acid-fermented carrot juice is rich in vitamin A. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for well-being.

For our vegetable juices, we primarily use Demeter vegetables from open-pollinated varieties, as fresh as possible, straight from the field.

In our own facility, we preserve the goodness of the crisp vegetables, including numerous natural vitamins and minerals, through gentle processing. An ideal choice for juice cures as well.
