The R (Copper) shades give the hair a rich, warm red glow. Containing 8 botanical extracts—aloe vera (leaf), witch hazel (leaf), white birch (leaf), narrow-leaf coneflower (root), walnut (shell extract), rhubarb (root), cinchona (bark), and meadowfoam (seed oil)—it is the most natural alternative to oxidation-based hair coloring. Along with the plants, harmful chemical additives are kept to a minimum, as evidenced by its odorless formula. Uniquely, Herbatint dye can be used at least 3 times for root touch-ups!

Due to its gel-like, more fluid consistency, Herbatint hair color spreads better over the hair and scalp than any other hair dye, which is why we also recommend it for home use. Perfect color results in just 40 minutes!

Extremely rich in botanical active ingredients, this dye replaces many other chemicals. Aloe vera is well known for its antioxidant effect and is rich in vitamins and enzymes, while hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel) is rich in flavonoids and essential oils. Betula alba (white birch) tones and replenishes the hair with minerals, while echinacea angustifolia (narrow-leaf coneflower) is a hydrating, skin-protecting natural antiseptic. Juglans regia (walnut shell) intensifies hair color and is excellent for cleansing and as an antiseptic. Rheum palmatum (rhubarb) has nourishing and anti-inflammatory effects and optimizes hair color. Cinchona calisaya (cinchona) has skin-protective properties, and limnanthes alba (meadowfoam) is rich in vitamins E and F. It ensures thorough coverage and long-lasting color, while hydrating the hair and making it shiny.

• It is important to highlight that because the cap is resealable, it retains its shelf life for one year after opening, so the hair dye can be used twice for short hair coloring and three times for root touch-ups.

Instructions for use:

Use the dye on dry, unwashed hair.

1.) In a plastic or glass bowl, mix the HERBATINT hair color gel and the glycol developer liquid in equal parts, taking into account the length of your hair. Screw the cap back onto the remaining bottles so you can use them in the future.

2.) Apply the mixture to dry hair.

3.) Distribute the mixture over the entire length of the hair. Start the application at the roots and work your way toward the ends. Use a comb to distribute the mixture evenly.

4.) Leave the dye on for 40 minutes.

Apply the mixture to the regrowth area and leave the dye on for 40 minutes.

After the processing time has elapsed, lather the mixture by gently massaging it with lukewarm water. Rinse your hair thoroughly until the water runs clear.

Wash your hair with shampoo. Use Herbatint or another organic shampoo, rinse, and then towel-dry your hair.

Use the Aloe Vera Royal Cream Conditioner included in the box, which helps the color last even longer. Leave it on for 5 minutes, then rinse.

Avoid contact with eyes; if it gets into your eyes, wash immediately with cold water. Do not use for coloring eyelashes or eyebrows. Rinse hair thoroughly after dyeing. Use the gloves included in the box for application. Keep out of reach of children.
