Detailed product description

We make GabiJó blueberry jam differently from traditional jam, without granulated sugar. We use concentrated grape must and an extract of the stevia plant for sweetening. Compared with traditional jams, our blueberry jam has reduced sugar, carbohydrate, and energy content. This can be particularly important for people who have to follow a special diet and need to limit the amount of carbohydrates they consume.
Did you know that our blueberry jam contains no preservatives? We use pectin for thickening, a type of fiber that naturally occurs in fruit, so no other added texture enhancers are needed. Instead of flavorings, you will find only the flavor of excellent, delicious blueberries in our jars.

Ingredients: blueberries (50%), concentrated grape must, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin; sweetener: steviol glycosides.
