Unfiltered apple cider vinegar with 5% acidity, made using a traditional process,
Made without heating. First, the directly pressed apple juice is fermented into cider, after which the popular apple cider vinegar is extracted from the cider.
We recommend it with salads and mineral water, optionally sweetened with honey.
