Our Dream-Inducing tea blend, with its carefully selected ingredients, promotes calm and restful sleep. The harmonious combination of Lemon balm leaf, Lavender, Hop strobiles, Anise seed, and Fennel seed has a soothing effect and helps you relax before your nightly rest. Lemon balm and Lavender are known to influence stress and anxiety, while Hop strobiles are traditionally known for their sedative effect.

Ingredients: Lemon balm leaf (Melissae folium), Lavender (Lavandulae flos), Hop strobiles (Lupuli strobulus), Anise seed (Anisi fructus), Fennel seed (Foeniculi fructus)
Dosage: Recommended use: pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the mixture and let it steep covered for 15 minutes.
