Detailed product description

Dosage: 1 large scoop (6 grams) in the morning or 2 x 3-4 grams (a heaping teaspoon) daily mixed with liquid. Higher doses are also well tolerated. According to research, the ideal individual dose is 6-12 grams. For children, adjust based on body weight (generally half a dose for ages 3-10).
Ingredients: A blend of gum arabic* (100% acacia senegal) and ResistAid® arabinogalactan.
