Suggested use:

For skin
Moisturizer: Apply a few drops to cleansed face and neck as a light moisturizing cream. It absorbs quickly and does not clog pores.
Night treatment: Use a slightly larger amount as a deep overnight moisturizer to give a healthy glow by morning.
Lip balm: Apply a small amount to chapped lips for relief and hydration.
Scar and stretch mark reducer: Massage regularly into scars or stretch marks to help them fade.

For hair
Conditioner: Rub 2-5 drops (depending on hair length) into damp, towel-dried hair. Concentrate on the ends to tame frizz and add shine.
Heat protectant: Apply a few drops before heat styling to protect hair from damage.
Scalp treatment: Massage into the scalp to promote hair growth, reduce flaking, and soothe any irritation.
