Detailed product description

Ayura collagen cappuccino 15 pcs

Collagen cappuccino is an extremely healthy collagen drink that allows you to enjoy the beneficial effects of both collagen and coffee on your body simultaneously.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, found in skin, nails, hair, bones, muscles, tendons, cartilage, and blood vessels. The body also produces collagen, but the amount produced decreases over time, usually ceasing by the age of 55–60. It is therefore worth starting to ensure collagen supplementation in time. By consuming the right amount, you can do a lot for your health; the most important health benefits are briefly outlined below:

- strengthens hair, may help prevent hair loss and hair breakage,

- can make nails strong and more resistant,

- supports muscle function and regeneration,

- maintains the health of joints, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and bones,

- fights against aging,

- may contribute to maintaining the firmness and elasticity of the skin.

Adding collagen to cappuccino is a practical solution in this case as well, since you can take in the required amount of collagen while enjoying the beneficial effects and the pleasant experience of drinking coffee.

100% Arabica Coffee

Coffee made from the seeds of the finest coffee variety. Carefully selected Arabica coffee beans that surpass any other coffee in taste and aroma.

Consuming coffee has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system, the heart, and the blood vessels, and due to its diuretic effect, it also affects the kidneys. Tannic acid has a stimulating effect on the vascular system and dilates the vessel walls.

Collagen

One of the most abundant proteins in the human body, which is produced naturally, but less is formed as time goes by. It plays an essential role in ensuring skin elasticity and the health of bones and joints, among other things, which is why supplementing it in the right amount is very important. Ayura Collagen Cappuccino contains fish collagen, which is also the type of collagen that is easiest to digest and most effectively utilized by the body.

Collagen is a high-capacity fibrous protein that is one of the most important components of bone, tendons, cartilage, joints, ligaments, and other connective tissues (hair, skin, nails).

The name is of Greek origin, meaning: produces glue. Collagen itself is a protein that is the most abundant component (approx. 75%) in our connective tissue. Its task is to ensure the strength, elasticity, and durability of the connective tissue. It is present in all tissues, connects cells, one could say it "glues" them together, practically holding our entire body together. In addition, it has an extremely high water-binding capacity, which gives young skin its firmness and elasticity.

As we age, the amount of collagen produced in our body gradually decreases, which is why proper intake is important. Vitamin C is needed for its production, and the symptoms of scurvy, which occurs as a result of vitamin C deficiency, perfectly illustrate how important it is for our body: in the absence of collagen, cartilage, ligaments, tendons, bones, skin, and gums wither, and teeth loosen and fall out. The body gradually breaks down, and the patient dies in terrible pain.

There are 25 types of collagen molecules, with types I, II, and III occurring in the largest quantities. Each has a different role, and it is important that all are present in the appropriate amounts.

Type I: The most common type in the human body. Found in the skin, vessel walls, tendons, cornea of the eye, and teeth.

Type II: The main component of cartilage, also found in the intervertebral discs and the eyes.

Type III: Also known as reticular fibers, found in the skin and the fibrous connective tissue that forms the framework of lymphoid tissues. It has a very thin fiber diameter.

Increasing the amount of collagen therefore makes us stronger, more flexible, and younger; the question is how we can achieve this. We have two options for this:

We ingest finished collagen orally.

2. We consume so-called "signaling" collagen peptides. These are tiny pieces of collagen that signal to the body that collagen degradation in the body has increased, thereby stimulating cells to increase collagen production. With coffee, we can use both methods.

Stevia

Stevia is a natural plant-based sweetener known and used for centuries. It is calorie-free and does not raise blood sugar levels, so diabetics can use it with peace of mind, and it also has no harmful effects on the teeth. Accordingly, not only adults but also children, the elderly, and expectant mothers can consume it.

Stevia is a natural sweetener whose leaves are 30 times sweeter than sugar. It lowers blood pressure, in addition to not raising blood sugar levels and being zero-calorie. It can also be consumed in cases of inflammatory skin diseases. It has also been discovered that this plant has a bacteria-killing effect.

This natural and calorie-free sweetener is produced from the leaves of the South American flower known as sweetleaf. It is 200–300 times sweeter than cane sugar, does not affect blood sugar or insulin levels, and can be safely consumed by children, expectant mothers, and diabetics alike.

Vitamin A: Retinol

Vitamin A belongs to the family of fat-soluble vitamins, which most people associate with the prevention of cataracts and vision in twilight, but it also plays an important role in undisturbed growth and the healthy development of bones and teeth.

It is the main component of the visual purple of the eye; in its absence, night blindness occurs. It also plays a role in the prevention of cataracts. Together with vitamin C, it is a strong antioxidant, protecting the skin's collagen from oxidation, i.e., keeping the skin young. It can have a good effect on cholesterol levels and the circulatory system. Its precursor is carotene, which is the coloring flavonoid of carrots, from which the body produces the amount of retinol it needs.

Vitamin C

It is difficult even to list everything in which vitamin C helps our body function; its most important property is that it enhances the functioning of the immune system, increases the number of white blood cells, and thus plays an important role in the prevention as well as the overcoming of diseases.

Vitamin E: Tocopherol

For a long time, the role of this vitamin was shrouded in obscurity. Recent studies have clarified that it is a very important antioxidant, thereby binding free radicals, protecting the cell membrane, and protecting against aging. It may prevent atherosclerosis, thrombosis, and cerebral circulatory disorders. It supports women's hormonal balance and protects pregnancy; its deficiency causes infertility in men.

Palm Milk Powder

A natural ingredient that ensures the creaminess, softness, and silkiness of the cappuccino, it perfectly replaces milk or cream, and is also lactose-free, so those sensitive to lactose can consume it without worry. Additional minerals found in palm milk powder include iron, zinc, potassium, and sodium.

Coenzyme Q10: Ubiquinone

Coenzyme Q10 is a molecule that has a fundamental role in maintaining the body's energy levels; it reduces the formation of harmful free radicals, which can be attributed to its general antioxidant effect. Its amount decreases with age, so its supplementation is an important task.

Coenzyme Q10 is widely known to increase the energy level of cells. The production of this enzyme in the body gradually decreases after the age of 20, which is why we are increasingly dependent on food-derived sources. Energy is formed in the body from carbohydrates, and Coenzyme Q10 is indispensable in this process, which is also one of the most important antioxidants in the blood. Coenzyme Q10 is found in the highest amounts in organs with the highest energy demand, such as the muscles and the liver. It is one of the most important energy stores for cells, mainly for the heart muscle. It is a strong antioxidant, reduces the risk of atherosclerosis, and thus plays a role in the prevention of heart attacks and strokes. Its role in certain neurodegenerative diseases is being studied. Its amount gradually decreases with age, so it is definitely worth ensuring its supplementation if we want to live a long, healthy, energy-filled life. Statins, which are widely used to lower cholesterol levels, inhibit the body's production of Q10; for those taking such medication, supplementation is extremely important.

Acerola

Also known as Barbados cherry, it is a shrub native to South America that has a very high vitamin C content (100 grams contains at least 2000 mg). It is used for the production of fruit juice, jam, cosmetic products, and vitamins. An important point is what origin of vitamin C a vitamin complex uses, whether it comes from a natural or artificial source. Perhaps the best source is acerola, which contains vitamin C in large quantities and of excellent quality.

Acerola is primarily a cherry species growing on the American continent, which is extremely rich in vitamins C and A, as well as potassium and magnesium. It has a beneficial effect on the skin, but it is also worth consuming in cases of high cholesterol, anemia, diabetes, and rheumatic diseases.

Rice Extract

Ceramides are lipids responsible for the protection of the skin's barrier layer and its moisture content, and they also help protect the skin against external influences. If they are not present in the correct proportion, it can cause dryness, itching, and irritation.

Ceramides are fat compounds belonging to the lipid group. They play an important role in the development of the brain and nervous system, and nearly 50% of the outermost layer of our skin (epidermis) is ceramide. Its role is to prevent the loss of the skin's liquid content, i.e., it protects hydration and keeps the skin young. As we age, our skin's ceramide production decreases, and wrinkles appear. In addition, it has been shown that their quantity is reduced in psoriasis and eczema. They are an important component of hair strands and can improve hair structure.

Hyaluron

Hyaluron is a natural, large-molecule carbohydrate that acts as a water-binding agent in the human body and is responsible for lubrication in joints and muscles. It is mainly used to alleviate knee pain and joint wear, but it also has beneficial properties in cases of various dermatological problems (skin injuries, wrinkling skin, etc.).

Silver Ear Mushroom

In traditional Chinese medicine, the Silver Ear Mushroom is called a health mushroom. It contains many valuable ingredients, including vitamin B2 and vitamin D, in addition to vitamin B1, vitamin B6, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, minerals, and trace elements.
