Detailed product description
For many health problems, it is important that B vitamins be available in their ACTIVE forms, because this is the only way the body can use them immediately and effectively. B vitamins in active forms can be used by the body right away, as no complex conversion processes are required. Sometimes, the body cannot use inactive vitamins to an adequate extent, since these complex processes require numerous factors to work together. If any element of the process is missing, conversion does not occur or occurs only partially. However, we can reduce the burden on the body by providing it with active vitamins. In addition to the criteria for converting inactive vitamins into active forms, we must also consider the quality of absorption. In the case of an inflamed intestinal tract, the absorption of macro- and micronutrients may decrease, which may further reduce the already inherently low utilization of vitamin preparations taken in inactive forms.
The WTN B-vitamin complex may also support the immediate utilization mentioned above, with a long series of active coenzyme forms of B vitamins!
In addition to the WTN B complex, vitamins B6, B9, and B12 are also present in active forms in some other B-vitamin complexes (B6 – pyridoxal-5’-phosphate (P5P); B9 – calcium folate or glucosamine folate salt; B12 – methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, or hydroxocobalamin). However, it is also crucial for the body to receive active forms of the other B vitamins.
Therefore, in the WTN B-vitamin complex:
- In addition to the previous vitamin B1 thiamine hydrochloride form, a more active thiamine pyrophosphate chloride has now been included.
- For vitamin B2 , instead of riboflavin, we use riboflavin-5-sodium phosphate, the active coenzyme form of vitamin B2.
- For vitamin B3 , instead of niacinamide, nicotinamide hexanicotinate has been included, one of the best-utilized active coenzyme forms of vitamin B3.
- For vitamin B5 , we also replaced calcium D-pantothenate with pantethine, the active coenzyme form of B5.
B vitamins can be considered a true all-rounder when it comes to health. There is hardly any situation in life in which they cannot be used to support our health.
We recommend them in the following cases:

Warning: Food supplements do not replace a balanced, varied, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. If an appetite-stimulating effect occurs, concomitant use of a high dose of vitamin C (~1000 mg) is recommended. Keep the product out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool, dark place. If you are allergic or hypersensitive to any product ingredient, do not use the product! It is strongly recommended to separate the use of food supplements from coffee consumption. Take them at least half an hour before drinking coffee or at least 2 hours after drinking coffee. Taking food supplements together with milk-based products is not recommended! If you take several food supplements, consult a specialist about the appropriate order in which to take them so that any potential counteracting effects between the active ingredients are avoided. Use in courses is recommended unless your attending physician or naturopath has advised otherwise.
