B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, Folic acid, Biotin Vitamin B1 contributes to normal heart function, vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6 to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid to the normal functioning of the immune system. Several B vitamins contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid).
Active ingredients/1 tablet:
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 1.1 mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 1.4 mg
Vitamin B3 (niacin) 16 mg
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) 6 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 1.4 mg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 2.5 µg
Folic acid (Vitamin B9) 200 µg
Biotin (Vitamin B7) 50 µg
Ingredients: bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); maltodextrin; nicotinamide; glazing agent (fatty acids); anti-caking agents (talc, silicon dioxide); calcium D-pantothenate; pyridoxine hydrochloride; riboflavin; thiamine mononitrate; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); D-biotin; cyanocobalamin
Dosage: For adults, swallow 1 tablet daily with plenty of liquid.
