Gluten-free pasta bamboo pasta - Fusilli

Originating from Central-Southern Italy, its name comes from the word “fuso,” meaning spindle. It consists of three spirally twisted strands, allowing it to hold all types of sauce exceptionally well. Traditionally, it was wrapped around thin wires or knitting needles and then dried. An excellent ingredient for any sauce, pasta salads, or even soups.
