Gluten-free pasta, bamboo pasta – Maccheroni

One of the best-known pasta varieties, if not the best known. The meaning of the word maccheroni is disputed, as it also appeared among the ancient Greeks in addition to its Italian origins. It is therefore unsurprising that in many languages, the word “maccaroni” does not necessarily refer to the tube shape, but to pasta itself. One of its most characteristic uses is in mac and cheese, but it is also an excellent choice for other oven-baked pasta dishes.

Thanks to its shape, gluten-free maccheroni bamboo pasta holds sauces perfectly. Maccheroni bamboo pasta is made so that it can also be consumed by people with gluten intolerance and vegans.
