Eucalyptus radiata: 100% pure and natural

Main components: 1,8-cineole, alpha-terpineol.

Potential allergenic components: citral, limonene, linalool, geraniol, citronellol.

Plant origin: Australia

Extraction method: By steam distillation of Eucalyptus radiata leaves.

Botanical background: Eucalyptus radiata can grow up to 50 metres tall. Its fibrous, greyish-brown bark peels off the trunk in long strips.

History: Australian Aboriginal peoples have known its antibacterial properties for centuries and also use the fresh leaves to dress wounds.

Aromatherapy use idea: useful during outbreaks of infectious viruses.

For treating bronchitis: 3 drops of Eucalyptus radiata essential oil and 5 drops of vegetable oil (e.g. hazelnut oil) rub into the area to be treated.

Precautions for use:

Flammable. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes. Use of the product is not recommended for children under 3, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women. It is safer to avoid applying cosmetics containing essential oils to the skin before sunbathing or using a tanning bed. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Essential oils are recommended for external use only.
