Detailed product description
Mentha spicata: 100% pure and natural
Main constituents: carvone, limonene.
Potential allergenic components: limonene, linalool.
Plant origin: Morocco
Extraction method: Obtained by steam distillation from the above-ground parts of spearmint.
Botanical background: A perennial culinary and medicinal herb found along waterways and in damp meadows, growing up to 60 cm tall. It blooms in summer, with buds appearing in pink, light purple, and sometimes white.
History: in the Middle Ages, it was one of the most popular medicinal plants. According to legend, mint was born from a nymph named “Mentha”.
Aromatherapy use idea: soothes the nervous system.
For dizziness: 2 drops of spearmint essential oil and 5 drops of vegetable oil (e.g. hazelnut oil).
Precautions for use:
Flammable. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with the product with the eyes. Use of the product is not recommended for children under 3 years of age or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. It is safer to avoid applying cosmetics containing essential oils to the skin before sunbathing or using a tanning bed. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Essential oils are recommended for external use only.
