Main ingredients: apple, orange, carrot, and grape. But why are these fruits beneficial?

Orange is one of the best natural sources of vitamin C. In addition, it is an excellent antioxidant, and its pectin content is not negligible either.

Carrots are an excellent source of beta-carotene and other carotenes, flavonoids, and natural essential oils.
