Peppermint leaf - Menthae piperitae folium

Its tea can be used as an appetite stimulant, carminative, to promote bile production, to disinfect the urinary tract, against headaches, and it has a blood-purifying effect. It can be used for gargling against sore throats and hoarseness, as a compress for inflammation, and for inhalation.

Preparation: Pour 1.5 dl of boiling water over 2-3 teaspoons of peppermint, let it stand covered (!) for 10 minutes, then strain and consume fresh.
