Holland & Barrett Bromelain tablets help digest protein-containing foods. Bromelain is extracted from the stem of the pineapple. These bromelain tablets support digestive health.
Active ingredients/3 tablets:
Natural bromelain enzyme from pineapple, containing 600 gelatin digesting units (GDU) per gram. 1500 mg
Ingredients: Bromelain, Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
Directions: Take 3 tablets daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose.
