The two main ingredients of the porridge are oat flakes and golden flaxseed flour, thanks to which every portion of Krémkása contains an extra amount of water-soluble fiber. Fiber-rich foods are our good friends; with their help, we can increase the number of beneficial bacteria living in our intestines and contribute to good gut health.
