The vitamin E group consists of eight different compounds, of which so-called alpha-tocopherol is often commonly referred to as vitamin E. Due to its fat-soluble property, alpha-tocopherol also protects the cell membranes of individual cells, thereby contributing as a protective factor to antioxidant processes and the inhibition of aging processes. It is also called the "vitamin of beauty" due to its skin-care effect. It neutralizes harmful free radicals in the body. Unlike other fat-soluble vitamins, it is quickly eliminated from the body, which is why regular replenishment is necessary, though overdosing should be avoided.

Alpha-tocopherol equivalent

Ingredients: MCT oil, mixed tocopherols, mixed tocotrienols, purified water, ethyl alcohol, sesame seed extract.
Dosage: 

• Recommended amount: 3 pumps of liquid per day sprayed under the tongue. Hold under the tongue for 30 seconds!
• If possible, half an hour before the first main meal; in case of a sensitive digestive system, take with or after a meal.
• Shake well before use!
• Always press the pump with a firm motion!
