Detailed product description
Holland & Barrett Cinnamon tablets contain cinnamon extract. Cinnamon has long been used as a spice in both Eastern and Western cultures. The brown bark of the cinnamon tree is dried and used in the form of quills or ground into powder.
Active ingredients/4 tablets:
Cinnamon bark extract 63.48mcg (Cinnamomum Cassia)
Ingredients: Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), cinnamon extract, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide)
Directions: Take 4 tablets daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
