White Dead-nettle - Lamii albi herba

Excellent for treating stomach and intestinal complaints, especially in cases of excessive stomach acid production.

It is effective for leukorrhea both as a sitz bath and as a medicinal tea. It also helps with irregular periods and heavy menstrual bleeding. Due to its mineral content, it has a restorative effect.
Its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties are utilized for vaginal infections and cystitis. It is an excellent bactericide.

Preparation:

Tea: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of white dead-nettle flowers, then strain after 10 minutes. Consume 2-3 cups daily. If used as a treatment course, it should not exceed two months.

Bath: Add 2 handfuls of white dead-nettle flowers to 1 liter of boiling water, then strain after 20-30 minutes and add to the bathwater. Can be used as a hand, foot, or sitz bath.
