Protective disc: Every Naturhelix ear candle pack includes a protective disc, which shields the skin of both the person administering the treatment and the person receiving it from excessive heat and any potential falling ash. Method of application: Please carefully read the detailed, photo-illustrated instructions included in the package before use! To avoid fire hazards, please observe basic fire safety regulations. Please do not use the ear candle alone, on yourself (without assistance)! Standard treatment process: The ear candle can be applied as a single treatment or as a course of therapy. The course of treatment is as follows: burning one ear candle in each ear every day during the first week, and every second day during the second week. In case of stubborn problems, a longer, multi-week course is also possible. A break of at least one week must be taken between two-week courses.
