Protective disc: Every pack of Naturhelix ear candles includes a protective disc, which shields the skin of both the person administering and the person receiving the treatment from excessive heat and any falling ash. Method of application: Please read the detailed, photo-illustrated instructions included in the package carefully before use! To avoid fire hazards, please observe basic fire safety regulations. Please do not use the ear candle alone, on yourself (without assistance)! Standard treatment process: The ear candle can be used as a single treatment or as a course of therapy. The course of treatment is as follows: burn one ear candle in each ear every day for the first week, and every other day for the second week.
