Detailed product description
With natural ingredients that support the immune system, digestion, and the nervous system, it can be an integral part of a balanced diet! The Hungarian name for Ganoderma Lucidum is "Pecsétviaszgomba," while it is known as Reishi or Ling Zi in other countries!
Consumption:
• Mix one to two teaspoons of the powder into a small amount of liquid, such as water, tea, coffee, or vegetable or fruit juice. Hot liquid enhances the utilization of the mushroom!
• Prepare as an infusion: Place a mocha spoon of mushroom powder in a coffee cup, pour boiling water (approx. 0.5–1 dl) over it, let it sit, and consume after it has cooled. You can season it to taste with cinnamon, lemon juice, or top it off with fruit juice.
• It can also be prepared as a tea decoction: Place a teaspoon of ganoderma mushroom powder into a tea filter bag. Pour 2 dl of hot water over it and let it sit for 5 minutes. After it has cooled, season with lemon, as Vitamin C enhances the bioavailability of the product's ingredients! During flu season, you can also add fresh ginger to your tea alongside the ganoderma. If you do not have a tea filter bag at home, put the powder directly into your cup and pour the hot water over it. Strain the tea once prepared (those who do not mind may drink the powder along with the tea).
