Good Dream is a mixed fruit-flavored dietary supplement gummy bear containing melatonin, the amino acids L-theanine and L-tryptophan, lemon balm leaf extract, blue passionflower extract, and valerian root extract. The natural active ingredients in our product reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and help alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag. The herbal extract complex has a calming and tension-relieving effect; these anti-anxiety herbs soothe the nervous system, thereby aiding proper relaxation.Active ingredients per daily dose (2 gummy vitamins):
Melatonin 6 mg NRV **, L-theanine 50 mg NRV **, L-tryptophan 1.5 mg NRV **, Lemon balm leaf extract 1.58 mg NRV **, Blue passionflower extract 1.62 mg NRV **, Valerian root extract 1.55 mg NRV **
