Detailed product description

Buckwheat does not originally belong to the cereal family (it belongs to the knotweed family), but it is very similar in appearance, nutritional value, and possible uses.

No additives are added to the buckwheat during preparation, nor is anything removed from it, so all the nutrients naturally found in buckwheat are also present in the porridge. This means you can enjoy this grain not only as a side dish but also for breakfast, rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals!

Preparation: Pour in twice the amount of hot water or plant-based milk and let stand for 5–10 minutes. It can be enjoyed sweet or savory, and flavored with carob powder, cinnamon, fruit, or vegetables to taste.

It can also be used for thickening.
