Detailed product description

The word Hojicha means "roasted tea". Japanese Bancha green tea is roasted until it acquires a light brownish-gold color. As a result, its caffeine content is significantly lower than that of other green teas.

Preparation: Steep 4g of tea in 200ml of boiling water for 30 seconds for the first infusion. Do not steep for subsequent infusions.
